Must admit, unless they bring in more and more measures to keep us well punished..it’s starting to feel a bit morE normal
There was a queue outside the barbers shop, while I was waiting outside the dentist.
Yeah..that didn’t feel very normal. In fact, not that I was ever in Russia, but I understand that it was quite the norm in the 70s , to see a queue and join it , in case there was something worth having when you got to the front of it...so it made me feel quite sad.
The dentist was armed to the teeth with PPE..like I was going to be carved up by DR Frankenfurter 😱
Then he sees us to the door when it’s all over..very weird and a strange feeling that we are all in it together ..them a bit worse than us.
So yes ..back to flying up and down the A19 for caravan visits..might postpone tomorrow’s visit as the weather doesn’t look too clever..and what can you do in the rain..when there’s no cinema.
It’s made me realise we didn’t do an awful lot before lockdown apart from seeing family, shopping, eating out occasionally, cinema and caravan and holidays
We haven’t been to a proper pub yet..again something we didn’t do a lot of before
Passed the school at the end of the road and there were a few kids milling around ..probably in bubbles..being closely guarded by staff
A bit too closely I thought.
Just from chatting to people you meet outside ..everyone is sick of it.
