A fresh month beckons full of new opportunities... maybe... 
I've certainly found June to be a lethargic, demotivated, lardy sort of month, so who would like to join me in having a healthier July and a bit of public accountability for motivation?
Ultimately I'm aiming to move more and run further than my (personally) paltry 29k (bearing in mind I managed 68k in April and 100k+ in Jan
)
