Worst flavour crisps?

What's your worst flavour crisps? I thought I liked most flavours to one degree or another, but a while ago I had McCoys Thai Sweet Chicken which I really didn't like - unfortunately over time I forgot just how horrible they are and had a packet for lunch today ... they are just toxic 🤢
@TheFormerPorpentinaScamander - I can't believe anyone likes the Thai chicken monstrosities! 😵
Send them to me. I'll hide them from ds2 and scoff the lot Grin

Beef. I don't even like being in the same room as someone who's eating them - that smell!

borntohula · 29/06/2020 14:24

The only ones I really like are ready salted and quavers.

custardbear · 29/06/2020 14:25

WhT about beef monster munch - they're a better type of beef flavour ?!

As a general rule I'm not a huge fan of 'meaty' flavored crisps - so smoky bacon, chicken, beef etc. I'll eat them if pushed but they always seem to leave a gross sort of burnt aftertaste for ages.

Bloody love mccoys thai sweet chicken though! - misread the packet first time I got some and thought they said Thai Sweet Chilli. Happy mistake but i don't seem to come across them very often in the shops.

The only proper pregnancy craving I have this time around is for onion ring crisps - stronger the better!

SauvignonBlanketyBlank · 29/06/2020 14:27

@custardbear its my fave wine 🍷 🤪

dancinfeet · 29/06/2020 14:27

worcester sauce (unless it's worcester sauce french fries).

As a kid I was horrified at the hedgehog flavour crisps my mum bought though, and refused to try them.
On holiday my kids were using google translate to decipher the flavours of the crisps in the supermarket - one translated as peasant flavour which the kids found amusing- they were quite nice those peasant crisps, but we couldn't quite figure out what flavour they were meant to be.

Itsmemaggie · 29/06/2020 14:28

Tomato sauce crisps are fecking awful.

My favourite flavour is a toss up between salt & vinegar and prawn cocktail.

JoesExotic · 29/06/2020 14:29

I do hate going abroad where you can only get paprika crisps. What's the deal!?!

I found some peanut flavoured 'wotsits' in Mexico though which were.....unusual.

GameSetMatch · 29/06/2020 14:30

Cheese and onion or prawn cocktail yuk!

Snufkins · 29/06/2020 14:31

Those Brussels Sprouts flavour ones at Christmas. 🤢

MinorArcana · 29/06/2020 14:32

Cheese and onion 🤮

They smell like vomit 🤮 🤮🤮

NetballHoop · 29/06/2020 14:32

DH bought some "posh" crisps. Market Deli - Mediterranean Balsamic Vinegar flavour.

I can only think that they had gone off as eldest DS rejected them saying they tasted "a bit like the smell of charity shop clothes".

He wasn't wrong.

gavisconismyfriend · 29/06/2020 14:36

M&S did some winter berries and Prosecco crisps a few years ago. What?????!

IStandByJKR · 29/06/2020 14:40

Any of the sqeet or alcohol novelty flavour ones at Christmas. Go home Tesco, you're drunk.

Also chicken.

SallyWD · 29/06/2020 14:42

Prawn cocktail. Anything with beef.

bruffin · 29/06/2020 14:45

Not keen on prawn cocktail as they always have artificial sweeteners and nobody eats cheese and onion in our house

sergeilavrov · 29/06/2020 14:46

Sour cream and onion pringles, due to their longevity of smell and taste. They are banned from our office. Peanut wotsits are called bamba in Israel and given to babies to stop them getting nut allergies.

First thing I buy when I land in the U.K. are those Thai Sweet Chilli Chicken crisps in a meal deal Grin

Disfordarkchocolate · 29/06/2020 14:49

Cheese and onion. They give you such bad breath. Anything with chicken in taste horrible.

Pinnacular · 29/06/2020 14:49

Prawn cocktail or sour cream and chive

SausageCrush · 29/06/2020 14:53

Prawn cocktail - yuk!

sanityisamyth · 29/06/2020 14:54

Cheese and onion makes me want to throw up. Even the smell of them 🤢🤮🤢

Teenybooboo · 29/06/2020 14:56

Chicken, anything chicken 🤢 ..... except McCoys Thai Sweet Chicken, they are the best 😂 oh and also love Taytos Bang Bang Spicy Thai
