My partner has turned yellow and I am scared

Over the last couple of weeks his skin and eye whites have turned yellow, he also has dark urine which has not improved despite upping his fluid intake by at least an extra 2 litres a day, he is more tired than usual too. I don't want to scare myself witless and Google. He has called the GP and is having blood tests tonight.

He's going in on Wednesday for surgery, I am not sure what kind of surgery as we have only spoken over the phone. He's on his way home now so I hope to know more soon

Is it Pancreatic cancer? He may be having a stent fitted to relieve the jaundice.
If it is this, I have had a family member go through this. You can PM if it's any help.

Yes, that is what is happening, depending on what they find they might transfer him to our bog nearby big hospital.
