Helping a colleague who deserves it and is the right person get a promotion

What is the kindest think you feel you have done?

Convinced my friend that she was more than capable of pursuing the career she wants and generally being her cheerleader (because she absolutely can and she is generally pretty fantastic but can't see it). She has now got a couple of needed qualifications under her belt and is off to uni in September to train in her chosen field. She is going to brilliant at it I just know it. It was hard work getting her to believe in herself though as life has shot her self confidence to bits.

A concertina or accordion.

McCoys cheese and onion, which I don't eat very often.

Do you wear Ugg boots?

No but I was given a pair of ugg slippers about ten years ago, they only gave up the ghost a year or so ago and I haven't found a replacement that lives up to them, but I am loathe to spend £50 on a pair of slippers.

What colour is your living room?

Teal/duck egg - somewhere inbetween anyway. Its soothing and not grey.
