and I'm now on the final one and the end is looming
I actually think this is the worse series, Thandie Newton is quite irritating but it's still bloody marvellous!!!

@HippyChickMama yes it is, I literally just finished it yesterday! It borders on ridiculous at times but still had me gripped enough to binge all 3 series in 10 days.

There's 5 seasons of LOD so if you're only on the Thandie Newton one you've got another to go!

I second unforgotten. I watched it after line of duty and happy valley. Also Marcella (used to be on itv hub, not sure if still is).

The Bridge. Scandi noir. I loved LoD and IMHO this us just as good. 4 series too.

Series 5 is on iPlayer so I would recommend that

Silent Witness is good, and so is Waking the Dead.

Am currently watching Paranoid on Netflix and quite enjoying it. LoD is obviously far better though.

No Offence- channel 4. Dark and funny police with female leads!

The missing series 2 (on iplayer) is amazing, it is dark but has keely Hawes in it and is really gripping
