I'm currently rewatching all 4 series
and I'm now on the final one and the end is looming
I actually think this is the worse series, Thandie Newton is quite irritating but it's still bloody marvellous!!!

The Wire. Best thing I ever watched.

Definitely Spooks! I would even go as far to say it's better than LOD.... get past the first episode and you'll be hooked.

Didn’t like the last couple of seasons of LoD tbh, but I second The Missing - particularly season two.

Money Heist on Netflix ...

Bosch. On prime. Love it - season 6 just out.

Shetland, True Detective (but don't bother with series 2!) Sharp Objects and The Tunnel.

Only just got Netflix and loving discovering new stuff. Just finished Hinterland which was really good and also enjoying Unforgotten. Just on season 2 of that.
I didn't really enjoy Life On Mars personally. We are starting Line of Duty after Unforgotten but I don't want to peak with that and then everything else be a let down!

We loved “Spiral”, a French police series, at times dark, at times funny and French in a fabulous slightly bonkers way.

Loved it as much as LOD

Also quite enjoyed the Icelandic police one

Unforgotten is good, it's on Netflix atm.

Have sadly watched (and enjoyed) many of these but there's a few great suggestions too.
Obviously I'm currently celebrating the news that series 5 awaits me

‘River’ which has Nicola Walker in it is brilliant. Just one series - 6 episodes. I don’t know if it’s on a streaming service but it is so good I’d recommend that you buy it eg on dvd. It is just outstanding.

The tunnel. It the British/french remake of The bridge. I watching season 3 after binge watching seasons 1 and 2 over the last few weeks! A little slow starting but very worth it!

Ooh The Americans is brilliant.

If you fancy going old school what about Prime Suspect or Cracker? I think I fancy a rewatch of both!
