I love cauliflower cheese with potato waffles and baked beans, pure student heaven 😋

More cauliflower cheese.
Maybe some nice crusty bread. Smoked haddock would be good with it if you want fish. I've made a cheesy smoked haddock and cauliflower bake before- good flavour combo.

Jacket potato and cauliflower cheese = meal of champions.

I was going to say sausages, but then read pescatarian...... Mind you there's always veggie sausages :)

Bubble and Squeak Sausages or Nut Roast, Yorkshire puddings, roast veg, roast potatoes, sautéed leeks and red onion gravy

I would do a combined cauliflower/macaroni cheese with added mushrooms - scrummy!

A really nice green salad/crusty brown cob rolls.

I was going to say we have ours with tomatoes that have been baked with salt and pepper, oil and a bit of basil and some crispy bacon, but I guess some smoked fish would be nice with it instead.

I used to love it with Breaded fish. Can't blooming eat much cheese, these days, though :(

We usually have gammon and roast or mashed potatoes.

Baked beans and a generous dollop of Branston pickle.

Chips and smoked streaky bacon
