I usually have it with gammon and roast potatoes but that’s obviously not an option for you!

Breaded lemon sole and chips.

Oh! darn. I was going to say baked ham.

Baked ham, cauliflower cheese and peas with cranberyy jelly is our Boxing day lunch every year.

I hate cheese (as a general rule) and im not a fan of cauliflower but there is something about cauliflower cheese. 😍

I used to just have it on its own i think, but i would go with veggie sausages.

I would have some sort of ham (gammon, bacon, sausage) or just on its own as a main with green beans and roast tomatoes

We usually have cauldron sausages but for some reason, Linda McCartney go better with cauliflower cheese.

A big juicy fillet steak, purple sprouting broccoli or Asparagus, steamed. Grate extra parmesan on top of the cauliflower cheese & garlic granules.
