Puzzle hunt help

My work have sent out another puzzle hunt for us to have a go at during lockdown (if we want to obvs). There are 5 stages and you need a password to get onto the next stage.

The first stage is 27 pictures of landmarks - I think i've managed to identify all of them but haven't got a clue as to how to work out the password :(

All of the pictures are bordered by colours (green, red, orange, yellow or blue) so I think that may have something to do with it?

Anyhoo, any ideas welcome as I'm stumped!

The one titled 'Caps Lock' is about the 2 letter initials of the US states where each place is found.

So Lincoln, Hartford, LittleRock = Nebraska, Connecticut, Arkansas = drunk with NECTAR

I have't worked out the others but I think they are the same idea.

@parietal Thanks! I managed to get to the answers without knowing exactly how I was getting them. Answer for that puzzle is IS Capitals

US capitals I mean

I'm so confused on the crossword one. The great suprendo was married to Victoria wood but that doesn't seem to fit? Same with the Beatles one

How many spaces does the 5th row down have? I thought VW fitted there.

The answers don't fit in the boxes aligned from the questions. Shall I give you my answers?

Can't get the film. However, as I said, I am perplexed as this gives 3x 11 letter answers and 2x10, whereas it should be 2x11 and 3x10 from what I can read off the screen.

Hmm I see what you mean. I've just spent ages trying different ways to fit them in the grid. I think I'll leave that one for a bit then come back to it!

I have most of the same answers as Patricia Holm but 1 or 2 different and have solved it with a few gaps by grabbing the letters I had. Have an answer 11 letters then 5 letters . Shall I give you my answers in order on the grid?

Well that took me longer than it should have! Got it now - prestige director.

Managed to do the one entitled 'Square Box 6,4,4'.

If you arrange the list of letter in a square box (first one is 6x6, second is 5x5, third is 4x4) then read the messages top to bottom it all makes sense! Answer is 'puzzle hunt meta'
