What would you do if you won £300k

GMB's prize is £300k. I'm planning what I'd do if I won that money. Obviously I'd need to actually enter but I'd pay off my share of the mortgage (or all of it and get 3/4 transferred to me). I will then put some aside for the baby. I'd try and secure a sabbatical for a further six months to a year when my maternity leave finishes and I'd buy a new estate car with a winter pack so I never have to scrape my car windscreen ever again (I work weird hours so would be really helpful and I'm lazy!).

Pay off mortgage, car, services of a decorator, gastric band and therapy, holiday.

Pay off the remaining mortgage. Go on a great big holiday. Save the cost of DSs university fees. Get a financial adviser to invest at least £100k of it on my behalf for the future.

Pay off my mortgage then sell and use the money to upgrade to a better house.

Buy a bungalow.
DH could semi retire and we'd have a much less stressful life

Buy a yard and move our business there, and apply for planning permission to build a family home for DH and I, and potential babies! I’d also upgrade my car, which would only cost a few thousand.

Mortgage. A few big overseas trip. Save the rest.
