Now they are going to be compulsory. I'm just wondering what to buy?

Whatever mask you buy you you've got to make sure it fits, no gaps at the sides, and it must go over the nose and under the chin. Don't keep fiddling with it or touching it (which is harder than it sounds) and put it on/take it off by the strings. A lot of the ones for sale are the pleated kind and they are often too baggy at the sides to be doing any good. Also valves are no good.

I’ve bought a few from Etsy - and filters for them from amazon.
