Bra issues

How come it is so damn uncomfortable? I hate the thing. I have spent most of lockdown without one.
For reference, post meno pause, big boobs, M and S bra, no wire. It is on an extender thing, hanging by one clip and still hateful.

Ive never not worn a bra but since lockdown I can’t bear it. It doesn’t help that since breastfeeding, I don’t know what size I am. I’m large of breast too and although I have been letting them free, I much prefer the illusion of containment. I shall have a look at boob or bust!
