No editing on photo, took in natural daylight. Bit blurry but hopefully can still see all the natural skin lines, etc

I’ve had plenty of lockdown thoughts about being grateful for my relatively ok health (asthma and very minor heart condition) and future travel ambitions so just wanted to know if I look as ‘lived-in’ as I feel.

I don’t wear any makeup/foundation/tinted moisturiser etc , just mascara.

I’m not sensitive about my age so be as brutal as you like

My first instinct was an attractive 55.

I was going to say 48 - 55 but then I saw your user name and thought that might be a clue, so pushing 60 but you def don't look it.

I would have said late 50's to early 60's, but now you have said.
Basically I always think it is so difficult to judge from a picture. Age is not just about your face, it is about your whole demeanour and some people have a youthful outlook whilst others do not.

The people guessing 60 are probably quite young. I'm older than you and would have said late forties. It really is difficult to tell from a photo out of context.
Your photo is natural, most people who post them on here have silly filters and poses.

I'd say a very attractive 58-60

I didn't post but my immediate instinct looking at the photo was 'very early 50s'. Then I read your actual age and saw it confirmed.

I'd put you anywhere from 40-55 Your face doesn't really show your age. You could easily be 40, or a 55 year old who is ageing beautifully. More importantly you have a friendly face who looks like she'd be a right laugh to chat with and would give you honest, but not tactless opinions.

I think a lot of replies will depend heavily on the age of the person posting the comments, e.g. subconsciously I'll be putting distance between my own age (46) and yours, whereas when I was in my early 30s my perception of a face in its late 40s would be a lot different to how I'd perceive that image now, so back then I'd have guessed you were in your late 40s.

No it’s not. I work with two people who are 60 and based my guess by comparison.

You are my age. And I was going to guess exactly that!

I think it’s a lot easier to guess ages for people who are a similar age to ourselves because we’ve seen lots of examples of what that age looks like - I went to a lot of 50th birthday parties last year!

I would pay no notice whatsoever to anyone who says you look 10 years older or younger - they’re probably just really bad at judging age. I bet if you took the average of all the guesses it would land pretty precisely on your age.

@Sixlifetimesinone I was thinking early 50s, but mostly I was thinking, "That woman has a lovely face." You look like someone people gravitate towards.
