What’s for dinner?

It’s a nice warm evening and I’d planned on a curry but don’t fancy it now. Have a fairly full fridge and cupboard so looking for inspiration really!

Oven pizza & salad. And white wine (for me, not the DC... although...)

We have just had haddock, homemade chips and peas. Keeping it pretty simple!

Butterflied chicken breasted marinated in lemon, garlic and herbs and grilled with a salad made from the remaining content of the salad drawer (could be eclectic as the delivery comes tomorrow!) with home made bread.

Beef chilli burritos topped with salsa and cheese, guacamole, refried beans and rice. All except the salsa made from scratch (preens).

I'd bought some butterscotch and vanilla ice cream and bananas for pudding but we were all too stuffed. Mustn't forget those for tomorrow night

I had salt and pepper pork steaks, cauliflower/broccoli/sliced potato/onion cheesy bake (layered in a dish with cheese sauce and seasoning, topped with more cheese and baked until brown - delicious!) and apple sauce.

Lamb chops on the bbq tonight. Salad and dauphinois potatoes too. I'm just making some lemon curd and candied orange peel ice cream for pud.
