Toast Toppings

I'm breastfeeding and spend most of the time feeling starved. I have a toddler as well as the DD2 so time is at a premium. A slice of toast is pretty easy to conjure up but I'm all out of ideas for what to put on it. I'm trying to avoid dairy as it seems baba isn't so good with it. I'm also trying to kick sugar.

Apart from peanut butter, any ideas?

Peanut butter with topped with sliced banana and a scattering of raisins, or tuna mixed with a dollop of Philadelphia and finished with a big squeeze of lemon.

Toast bread, smear Pesto, grated cheese, sprinkle oregano then under the grill.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Will stock up tomorrow!

I'm very impressed with the amount of fish eating going on. Nice!

Banana and cinnamon.
Avocado, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Sliced tomato, salt and pepper.
Dairy free pesto (hard to find, but the jar seems to keep well in the fridge if you turn it upside down).
Sardines.
Anchovies (might just be me liking this though!).
Keep a few slices of your protein from dinner the night before (eg chicken, turkey, beef, or alternatives) and have with cranberry sauce, mustard or mayo.

Biscoff spread.
You’re welcome Smile
