What's your current favourite savoury snack?

I'm addicted to Market Deli Garlic and Herb pitta chips and The Curators' Pork Puffs, Especially the former, they're on special just now and I've bought so many bags. I can't resist anything with garlic.

Salt and pepper calamari is another favourite.

What other snacks am I missing out on?

@Dotty02 It's got to be thick white bread with loads of butter that drips off when you dunk it in or make a sandwich 😊

DontGoIntoTheLongGrass · 19/05/2020 10:07

Cheetos twisted flaming hot. Oh em gee. Soooo good.

AdaColeman · 19/05/2020 16:30

Today I've found a jar of tapenade and a tub of Gentleman's Relish buried in the cupboard, so life is a little bit brighter now! Wine Wine

You've never heard of squeezy Primula Ada. I've had it since I was nobbut a nibbet. Grin

noodledoodler · 19/05/2020 17:35

Primula squeezy cheese n a cream cracker with pickled onions and a slice of ham on top

AdaColeman · 19/05/2020 17:37

Grin. I thought they'd stopped making it ages ago ikl, I've not had any for years. I used to love the prawn version, and I think there was a herb version too.
No party buffet was complete without a plate of celery pieces filled with Primula from a tube! Oh! the luxury, it was the height of sophistication!
< add celery to shopping list >

Babybel Lights

Mucklowe · 19/05/2020 17:41

I'm currently enjoying Lidl's version of Grainwaves. Sunwaves, I think they're called. The sweet chilli flavour. Mmm.

LadyLindaT · 19/05/2020 17:41

This bloody virus turned me into a salt monster, straight out of Star Trek. I had never eaten crisps in my life until I got it. I still think they're disgusting, but I craved them!

Sexnotgender · 19/05/2020 17:43

Peanut butter toast.

thebear1 · 19/05/2020 17:43

Pop chips, bacon flavour crisps, bagel with cream cheese and sweet chilli dipping sauce and crumpets with melted cheese.

iklboo · 19/05/2020 18:39

Forgot to add Jacobs salt & vinegar cracker crisps. They're lovely.

MerryDeath · 19/05/2020 20:07

Mrsjayy · 21/05/2020 12:03

That sounds amazing I always put a bit of vinegar in my tuna mayo anyway so pop it on a rice cake and why notGrin. I'm sick of the sight of bread

Winnipegdreamer · 21/05/2020 12:05

It’s so good @MrsJayy! Putting a bit of salad cream with the mayo is also good! You won’t regret it 👍🏼

Mrsjayy · 21/05/2020 12:09

formerbabe · 21/05/2020 12:12

Sun dried tomatoes
Pickled gherkins

Katinski · 21/05/2020 12:28

AdaColeman, Gentlemans Relish is truly the Food of the Gods. Wish I had some right nowStar
I'm in 12wk lockdown, Iceland is the only place with delivery spaces and my snacky stuff from them isn't much. Making do with tubs of chilli and garlic green and black olives. Could be worseSmile

AdaColeman · 21/05/2020 13:02

@Katinsky
Bad luck on being without Gentleman's Relish, an essential for life, here!
But Iceland do some nice snacky things if you eat fish. Filo or tempura prawns ~ delicious with some sweet chilli dipping sauce, or fish goujons in flavoured coating ~ just add mayo (may be called fish strips) or seafood mix to fry up in a bit of garlicy oil, a huge range of prawns and shrimps.

All things that you can just have a few of with a glass of Wine or a Gin.

BearSoFair · 21/05/2020 13:26

Marmite flatbreads
Sainsburys own brand Quavers - they're cheesier!
Jacobs Cracker crisps
