Yes as soon as possible. Late 50s.

alwayscrashinginthesamecar1 · 19/05/2020 03:15

Restaurants here re-opened yesterday, with social distancing and a 20 customer limit. I have booked a pub lunch for Saturday with some friends and can't bloody wait! We do only have three current cases in the whole state though, and the border has been closed for ages now, so its pretty safe.

YerAWizardHarry · 19/05/2020 03:17

I also work in the industry (in a venue that I think will be fully booked from the get go)
I will go out to eat, I don't think I could suffer seeing everyone enjoying themselves while I'm stuck working. I'm 27.

Nandocushion · 19/05/2020 03:31

100% yes. 50

blubellsarebells · 19/05/2020 03:37

I work in a restaurant so its really nice and comforting to see so many positive responses.
I cannot wait to get back to work, i miss my colleagues, all my regular customers, ive realised how much my job means to me, even though i already knew im a much better waitress than i am a stay at home mum.
I miss the food, im so sick of cooking and washing up.
I feel confident we can bounce back from this.
I really want to get back and give people some normality and fun in their lives again.

Hollyhobbi · 19/05/2020 04:02

No. I'm in my 50s, just about. But I have health issues so I'm cocooning.

Hedgehog44 · 19/05/2020 06:46

No not yet. In my 40s. Hopefully when they start up open in July I will be more confident.

jay55 · 19/05/2020 06:50

Yes 40s.
I'll hope not to need the loo, use hand sanitizer and choose a large airy place rather than somewhere small.

NamelessNinja · 19/05/2020 06:56

Yes providing appropriate measures were in place. Mid twenties.

EggysMom · 19/05/2020 07:04

50-cough, and yes we'll head out to a restaurant once lockdown lifts. We were out for a meal two nights before you got shut down, and the restaurant had measures in place - extra spacing between tables, card only at the bar. I'm happy with those measures.

funmummy48 · 19/05/2020 07:06

Yes.....can’t wait. I’m in my 50s.

Parky04 · 19/05/2020 07:12

48 and will not visit a restaurant if masks are worn.

KatherineJaneway · 19/05/2020 07:12

Yes. 40s

howrudeforme · 19/05/2020 07:19

No - too much hassle with distancing and lack of atmosphere.,50s

wildcherries · 19/05/2020 07:20

Not for a while. Probably after the first month of opening. Early 40s.

GreekOddess · 19/05/2020 07:21

Yes. Late 40s.

lljkk · 19/05/2020 07:21

Just now talk about restaurants with perspex screens between tables. Sounds like a nightmare for servers and being stuck in a fishbowl for customers. Me no like. Not normal or fun.

Tartyflette · 19/05/2020 07:23

Yes yes yes. 60s

thunderthighsohwoe · 19/05/2020 07:25

I’m 33 and can only dream of a day when we have civilised enough small people to sit down and eat once again.... 😂

HeronLanyon · 19/05/2020 07:26

I eat out a lot. Live central London. I actually dreamed of the cinnamon club last night ! Can’t wait to go out to eat and have my top 10 firsts identified.
However I don’t think I’ll be going too soon. Can’t imagine touching things - everything - others have touched or eating door others have cooked let alone being in restaurant with strangers - even if half empty. I move buzzy restaurants when I. That mood. Can’t imagine say hakkasan half empty !

pinkmagic1 · 19/05/2020 07:40

Yes. I am 41.

Natsku · 19/05/2020 07:50

It depends. They are reopening in June over here but my decision will depend on whether my municipality is still case-free or not. If there's no cases then I am going to the fancy restaurant at the art gallery and having a delicious meal but if there are cases then I won't.

Early 30s

Indoctro · 19/05/2020 07:51

No I won't not this year anyway

She 40

Bluntness100 · 19/05/2020 07:54

Yup, totally, I’m 51.

NekoShiro · 19/05/2020 07:54

No, late 20s but tbh I've never been one for going out for a meal unless it's a special occasion so maybe around October I will
