When searching for a sewing pattern I stumbled onto Miles Jupp outtakes, and half an hour later I’m still playing Would I Lie to You excerpts.

There goes my Monday morning!

OP posts:

Brad Mundo

Puppies and kittens being rescued. Although I’m sadly aware some of them are fakes.

Ginkypig · 18/05/2020 13:15

Wish haul (try on) videos and similar.

I'm not even particularly into fashion!

missmouse101 · 18/05/2020 13:17

Chateau diaries and anything to do with guinea pigs! (Little Adventures is great.)

slipperywhensparticus · 18/05/2020 13:20

Court shows like paternity court Blush

How clean is your house when I'm supposed to be cleaning my house is another good one

spikyplants · 18/05/2020 13:45

I'm a proper geek Grin I love watching old regional TV idents and in vision continuity/bits between the programmes - plenty of examples on this channel -

Marianneconnell · 18/05/2020 14:17

Missing people is my no1. Could spend days watching different cases.

DrDavidBanner · 18/05/2020 14:24

I'm getting a lot of inspiration here Grin

I like watching hair tutorials that I have absolutely no chance of recreating so I love Viv Hair Therapy and Will On a Whim, they're so entertaining.

MrsMop1964 · 18/05/2020 14:27

Kpop reactions ; but I watched these way before lockdown anyway

fourquenelles · 18/05/2020 14:30

Studio apartment tours
Small space living/decoration
Dumpster diving
Mudlarking
Earwax removal
American (usually hip hop person) reacts to Queen etc

Everythingmagnolia · 18/05/2020 14:32

I like to watch rollercoasters and theme parks

vanillandhoney · 18/05/2020 14:33

Spot popping channels.
Old episodes of Secret Eaters or similar.
Judge Judy, though that's not as easy to find on there these days.
'Til Debt do us Part.
Spendaholics.
The Hotel.

Basically, loads of trashy reality TV. We now have Roku TV free on the Firestick and I'm watching Doctor in the House which is basically a slightly more medical version of Secret Eater based in Ireland.

WildCherryBlossom · 18/05/2020 14:34

Ooh OP what sort of sewing pattern were you searching for? I'm great at searching for sewing patterns!

BobbinThreadbare123 · 18/05/2020 14:36

Hair tutorials - especially elaborate plaits and suchlike. I have cropped hair and sometimes a shaved head. Never gets longer than a bob, anyway!
Old pop from the 80s/up to 1998 (mainstream music died after this point)
Blackhead/toe sporn
Heavy metal videos

StewPots · 18/05/2020 14:41

I stumbled onto public information films from 70s-early 90s a few weeks back. Spent about an hour in the bath watching them 🤣

Very regularly go into wormholes relating to certain genres of music - last night I was in a West Coast rappers wormhole, so think Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg etc. Also into trance classics as well.

DS loves animal videos so we often disappear down those for hours too. Must really crack on with the home schooling 🙈🤣

vanillandhoney · 18/05/2020 14:59

Oh, and old episodes of It's Me or the Dog and My Cat from Hell Grin

Rodehereonthebus · 18/05/2020 15:27

Forgot to mention, I watch videos of a pet otter someone has in Japan. The otter is called Sakura and is very cute. I also watch the Life With Malamutes channel, those dogs are beautiful!

Sparklingbrook · 18/05/2020 15:35

Oh god I have an embarrassing browsing history on You Tube.

Ken Tamplin’s Vocal Academy (catchphrase-‘Where the proof is in the singing’). He critics well known live singers and tells the truth. I have learnt lots about singing techniques.

SouthernASMR where this lady straightens the products on the shelves in Dollar Tree. It is mesmerising and better than it sounds.

Oh and channels where Americans react to British comedy. Specifically the Inbetweeners Grin But panel shows and Micky Flanagan.

BigusBumus · 18/05/2020 15:42

I ended up watching video after video of Jack Russells ratting in an old barn where there was a fork lift lifting up old straw bales. Horrific and amazing at the same time!

Sparklingbrook · 18/05/2020 16:08

I am still slightly obsessed with 1bike1world Dean and his rescue cat Nala cycling around the world.

AngryPrincess · 18/05/2020 16:42

Janey Godley, Chris Mann, Ted talks, Andrew Cuomo, (no link to NY at all, I just like watching him).

AngryPrincess · 18/05/2020 16:43

And Saturday Night Live lip syncing contests. I started with The Rock, and it was a slippery slope.

DrDavidBanner · 18/05/2020 16:48

Technique Critique is quite similar, experts in different fields describing how realistic some film and TV scenes are.

IdentifyasTired · 18/05/2020 16:50

Anything with do with Ultra Orthodox/Haredi Jewish life in Mea Shearim, Jerusalem. Particularly related to Neturei Karta. I'm obsessed.

DonnaDarko · 18/05/2020 16:51

Sims 4 videos on building. I particularly like Devon Bumpkin's Build Newcrest series
Desktop setups
Anything tech related
Anything productivity and self-improvement related
Bleach fails, hair colour fails, fringe cutting fails.... I bloody love Brad Mondo 😄
