Whats for dinner tonight- and weekend

We are having steak with peppercorn sauce, broccoli and jacket potatos and sour cream.

Weekend not sure yet- but I have calf liver in the freezer so i think liver with a sage butter sauce will feature.

oven pizza and cherry tomatoes - eaten early so I can get DS1 to sleep early.

For the weekend we have planned 'American dinner' fried chicken, creamy mash, corn on the cob and green beans and my special macaroni cheese with brocolli and frankfurter slices.

American dinner sounds amazing!

Tonight- kedgeree (veggie version for me) with posh bread

Saturday - sweet potato curry

Sunday - spag Bol (quorn version for me)

Tonight: currently watching my husband cooking chicken fajitas
Tomorrow: Indian takeaway
Sunday: spag bol

Lord, no idea. So tired of trying to come up with evening meals. Tonight is a chippy tea delivered. Beyond that i have no idea. I might pick up some ideas from this thread

Tonight we are making our own pizzas. The dough has come from a local Italian restaurant which is now doing takeout so very much looking forward.

Tomorrow, we have ordered ox cheek tacos as a treat from a street food trader who is doing home delivery and Sunday we are making jambalaya.

Chicken fried rice tonight, DS is cooking it now.

Homemade pizza tomorrow.

Roast Ham Dinner on Sunday.

Tonight - not sure, whatever is about to go out of date in the fridge!

Tomorrow pizzas - we got an Ooni pizza oven last week and the pizzas are fab!

Sunday - beef wellington with mash and veg - the teens are making the whole thing by themselves so should be interesting!

Tonight - pulled oumph and vegetable suet crust pie with roasted veg.

Weekend - probably pasta salad and quorn roast

I'd love a decent chippy tea.

One of our posh pubs has been doing fish and chips delivery. But it costs a fortune.

I am getting a bit fixated on the idea of macaroni cheese and frankfurters.

Tonight: chicken drumsticks/thighs,french fries & 'KFC' gravy
Sat: homemade indian curry & rice
Sun: gammon&leek mash topped pie

Tonight - chicken stuffed with mozzarella with salad
Tomorrow - cous cous stuffed peppers
Sunday - Mexican rice meal

Macaroni cheese tonight, steak, chips, peas and peppercorn sauce tomorrow and burritos on Sunday.

Tonight is belly pork with jersey potato salad and tomatoes

No idea tomorrow, I'm doing the weekly shop 2m and I've just said to do I need some new ideas as, especially now, I just shove the same stuff in the trolley every week

We had korma this evening (paneer for me, chicken for the others).

Tomorrow is spinach and ricotta cannelloni, a big salad and garlic bread.

Not sure what's down for Sunday yet, possibly fajitas (black bean for me, chicken for the others)

Chicken legs and thighs marinated in Nando’s peri peri sauce with red pepper and onion rice and side salad tonight

Beef and red wine slow cooked with mash and green veg tomorrow

Chicken and chorizo paella on Sunday

Salmon in honey and soy sauce with salad tonight.

Chilli and rice tomorrow with Doritos

Greek lamb with tzatziki and roasted baby potatoes on Sunday.

Chicken curry, Enchilada bake (I do it like a lasagne as the ‘proper’ way it just falls apart), cottage pie and veg.

Tonight, baked cod with a crunchy topping (breadcrumbs, sun dried tomatoes, toasted seeds, grated cheddar), new potato’s, green beans. No idea about the weekend, will look on here for inspiration.

Just made a big pot of matzoh ball soup. We haven't been doing much religious stuff since lockdown - usually go to synagogue every Saturday - so this is our nod to our faith! Plus it's delish.
