Whats for dinner tonight- and weekend

I love these threads. :)

We are having steak with peppercorn sauce, broccoli and jacket potatos and sour cream.

Weekend not sure yet- but I have calf liver in the freezer so i think liver with a sage butter sauce will feature.

Sausages tonight with onion gravy and potato and butternut squash mash and a green of some sort.

I have chicken thighs in the freezer - was planning on liver tomrorow but I think a chicken thigh stew of some sort wioth couscous.

We had home made beef massaman curry last night
Steak or bacon chops and dauphinois potatoes and green beans tonight
Coq au vin tomorrow with new or roast potatoes

Oooh! Potato dauphinoise. Just changed my mind re mash.

Donner kebab “fakeaway” tonight, roast chicken and trimmings tomorrow 😋

We decided that tonight were going to have a bash at master chef type food.

Starters - scallops and black pudding
Main - herb crusted rack of lamb with celeriac purée and fondant potatoes
Pud - lemon soufflé

Not cooked any of it before so it could end up being a car crash

Burgers with home made fries and different toppings... me and dh will probably have chilli, will have bacon and cheese.
Tomorrow is roast beef and all the trimmings I will make some kind of chocolatey dessert.
