Ah, thank you! Not trying to make this thread all about me but this picture was inspired by Bob, so thought I'd share it. Normally she does photo realistic paintings that take up to 100 hours

I love Bob Ross. I grew up watching him
I read that he was skint so had a home perm so he wouldn't have to pay for haircuts. Once his picture was on his products it became his trademark so he had to carry on having perms. Apparently he hated them

Great story Edwyn, I noticed this evening his image on his pot of paint...such a good caricature so I can see why he kept that hair! When he had the robin the other day I was wondering how many of his birds had sat in his perm thinking 'what a blissful nest'

I'm a lifelong Bob fan since my teenage stoner 3am viewing days!
My teens all watch him and one kid paints in his style for relaxation. He's just the best! ❤️

Thank you so much! I have been meaning to come on and ask about the TV programme with a lady painting and you have answered for me! I remember watching painting with Nancy all the time as a child
