Hi, just need a bit of help. I'm writing a quiz and need one of the answers to be "Germany". It can't be too easy so I don't want anything along the lines of "in which country is Hamburg located"

Does anyone have a fun fact about Germany where the answer isn't too obscure or too obvious? My brain is addled! Thanks

reluctantbrit · 01/05/2020 18:25

Dinner for One is an English sketch but never took of in the UK. A German managed to see it and brought the two actors over to Hamburg and they filmed it. It is filmed in black/white and is still shown in its original form.

I think for us Germans Dinner for One is just a huge tradition, I remember seeing it each New Year’s Eve, regardless what we did and withouton demand or recording it had to be timed properly. It’s like the Christmas Specials.
