You know the blokes that have hair that is kind of long on top and shaved at bottom, how do they cope with out a barber?
What are your random and unimportant musings?

OP posts:

What is so good about bees knees?

iklboo · 08/04/2020 18:03

What's so special about cats' pyjamas. Did whoever make up that saying actually try putting PJs on a cat? Do they still have all their fingers?

PaperDreamsHoney · 08/04/2020 18:08

I want to know if all the Tokyo 2020 branded shite that must've been made already will still be used, or will they rebrand everything 'Tokyo 2021'? And if the latter, what happens to all the stuff that's already been produced? Will it become collectible because of the circumstances? Will people be flogging it on eBay for ridiculous sums of money in years to come? I want to know!

Stellamboscha · 08/04/2020 18:42

Love this!!!!
Nothing to add but keep 'em coming!

MrsJoshNavidi · 08/04/2020 18:47

What about the blokes who have two families? When they tell family 1 they are on a business trip and really they are with family 2.

Mysterian · 08/04/2020 18:48

And is it the knees of all bees or just the knees of a particular bee?

The "bees' knees", or the "bee's knees"?

CoronaIsComing · 08/04/2020 18:50

I don’t have any but I want to know the answer to your question @Samcro! And the one about the men with 2 families!

bookmum08 · 08/04/2020 18:51

Is it just me or do Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps always taste better if you eat a Milky Way first ?

Raera · 08/04/2020 18:57

So what was the first person to milk a cow actually thinking at the time?

JuniorMumto1 · 08/04/2020 19:01

*And is it the knees of all bees or just the knees of a particular bee?

The "bees' knees", or the "bee's knees"?*

This hurts my brain.

If you can buy seedless fruit, how exactly is it grown in the first place?

emojisarentwords · 08/04/2020 19:04

Apparently the name won't be changing, it will still be referred to as 'Tokyo 2020' even though it will be happening in 2021.

CornishPorsche · 08/04/2020 19:06

Why does aspirin smell of salt and vinegar crisps?

dudsville · 08/04/2020 19:10

Why do birds suddenly appear every time you are near?

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 08/04/2020 19:12

Are the zoo animals bored? Or are they enjoying the peace and quiet?

How much pickled pepper did Peter Piper pick?

ChampagneCommunist · 08/04/2020 19:49

@Aroundtheworldin80moves I know this! A peck!

It's an imperial measure, a ray volume measure.

Why does everyone want to congregate in big groups anyway? (Introvert here)

Who decided the size of A4 paper? Not quite big enough to do a decent drawing on. But A3 is too big...

Mysterian · 08/04/2020 20:21

I wonder if horses are actually kinky fuckers who get a kick out of the leather straps, being sat on, and hit with riding crops?

Raera · 08/04/2020 20:35

@dudsville
Just like me, they want to be....

Raera · 08/04/2020 20:37

I think we should do the Waaaaaahaaaa
in unison @dudsville

@LalalalalaLlama
Similarly why are the cheaper bottles of wine on the bottom shelf?
It's a tax on those who can't bend down. Do I blame Boris or someone else?

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 08/04/2020 20:59

What day is it today?

I spend a while working that out frequently!

Sarcelle · 08/04/2020 21:02

@Raera Or the dog's bollocks

BrieAndChilli · 08/04/2020 21:09

Is the bees knees where they store the nectar/pollen??

I read today that there was a cartoon/anime in the 80s that had a billboard in it saying Tokyo olympics 2020 with graffiti on it that said ‘just cancel it’!!

Corneliusmurphy · 08/04/2020 21:14

Aroundtheworldin80moves re zoo animals I read today about a pair of pandas breeding naturally which almost never happens in captivity- usually it’s all artificial insemination. So either they’re that bored they’re shagging or they’re too private to have a go in front of crowds...
(On the bbc site by the way, am not on a weird panda fetish group Wink)
