Apart from trampoline, what has been your best outdoor toy purchase?

Kids are 5 and 7. Adore their trampoline but what else can I get them for the garden?

Smyths now out of stock on the swing all. Is there anywhere else that will deliver them- tried everywhere I can think of

Alakazam8 · 12/04/2020 10:55

Ball (sorry)

Arrowfanatic · 12/04/2020 12:54

@Alakazam8 I literally just ordered classic swing ball of Smyths not even an hour ago and have my "it's been despatched" email already.

We have a pretty decent size paddling pool which the kids enjoy in the really hot weather, I keep meaning to get a filter pump for it.

Sketch is a big favourite here too. Bought for less than a fiver from the co-op years ago & it's still used.

Cheap plastic croquet set. It's lasted nearly 20 years and still comes out sometimes, even though it's a household of adults now Smile

Tiredmumno1 · 12/04/2020 13:19

As @Arrowfanatic said the classic swing ball and early fun one is available on Smyths website. Also John Lewis are doing a different kind of one but slightly more expensive here

Alakazam8 · 12/04/2020 13:22

Thanks- tried again and got one. Don’t know what happened earlier!

Kitcat47 · 12/04/2020 13:24

Wish I could buy a trampoline. Sold out

sohypnotic · 14/04/2020 22:12

Would love to get a big sandpit - but can't find play sand anywhere to fill it! Anybody had any success finding some for delivery?

MyDcAreMarvel · 14/04/2020 23:06

@sohypnotic If you can get a Tesco grocery slot they deliver play sand, I got some today. Or if you shop in a Sainsbury’s Argos deliver to Sainsbury’s
