Did anybody go grey at a young age?

The women in my family tend to go grey quite young. I didn't manage to get my hair done before lockdown and I've noticed a fair few greys coming through! I'm 30 in a couple of months.

Anyone else start going grey early?

Early grey runs in my dad's family. I noticed the first grey at 20, dyed my hair for years, then began to grow it out. I didn't like the colour and I now have it bleached white blonde. I don't bleach to hide grey, I just like it better. I'll probably stop bleaching when I'm completely white.

First pure white hair on my 21st birthday.

Now 47 and the big white stripe (kind of like Rogue in the X-Men in width) now includes a line of pure white eyebrow and chin hairs.

If work stays closed, I'm not dyeing it again - I'm fed up of doing it and DP (who is impressed by my having any hair, as he hasn't since he was 22) says he likes it.

Going by my grandmother, I will have pure white hair rather than grey.

On my dm side they all went pure white or grey in early twenties, i have managed to avoid it until late twenties and now the white hair is springing out of nowhere and everywhere. I am leaving it be though, I like the idea of ageing gracefully but I am also too lazy to bother with the upkeep.
