What's everyone up to today?

I'm currently drinking a coffee, listening to the radio, & scrolling t'interweb.

The girls stayed up (again...so many late nights!) so are still sleeping atm.

When they get up; dd1 wanted to bake biscuits, and dd2 wanted to grow a rainbow so we'll do that.

Might clean out a kitchen cupboard or two as well later on.

I'll make meatballs for tea, and use up my last tin of tomatoes for sauce to go with them.

I need the shop at some point for milk and loo rolls so am going to message my friend who works in the post office to see when it's been quietest on our row of shops.

Have enjoyed an hour of "quality time" with DH, though nothing terribly frantic as there's a teenager the other side of the wall

We're actually housebound, me until Tuesday, them till a week on Tuesday. I think I may go and park the car facing in the other direction, just to spice things up

Currently sitting in pj’s-been up since 7-having coffee and some fruit & nut whilst wishing I hadn’t had so much wine last night because I’m knackered and have a headache so won’t be doing anything productive all day.

I'm having a cup of tea and watching TV.

Kids are playing Minecraft. Eldest has already made cookie dough. Youngest is going to make cakes later.

I might find the enthusiasm to read my book later.

I have broken up three fights between my two DD’s and now having a much needed cuppa whilst I work out what do with them for the rest of the day (4&6)

My husband has gone food shopping... He hasn't been since this all started.. He has already rang me shocked...
Kids are playing on tablets... About to be kicked off for rest of day.
Once we've sorted the shopping and had lunch I think we are playing cricket as sun's out, then promised some baking....
Planning to watch Joseph on YouTube tonight...
We are trying to make today feel quite normal...

Sitting in my conservatory with the dogs simultaneously on mumsnet and reading a magazine. I've heard my kids moving around upstairs but no sign yet.
Later will walk dogs, hopefully with my daughter as I'm beginning to think she'll get rickets if she doesn't get some sun! I need milk but as my son used it all yesterday he can go buy it.

It's my dd's birthday (2) but OH is on nights this weekend so we've done a few family presents, had hot cross buns for breakfast and will do some skype calls to family soon. Will probably go for a walk in the park later today so dd can run around for a bit.

I walked to our butchers at 8am, only me there. Stocked up (well what I could carry that is). Have just put the base of a cottage pie in the slow cooker which I’ll finish off tomorrow with cheesy mash. About to marinade some pork belly for tonight. 2nd load of washing just about to hang out.
DP is strimming the garden and mowing the lawn and is sorting the greenhouse out.
DD is much brighter this weekend, she is prepping her Church youth group reading/sings for tomorrows virtual Family service.
We’re getting the garden furniture out later.
We are very blessed with a large, private garden.

Off for a longish walk with DD later. Then mooch. Cant really mooch, prefer structure and know what I’m doing.

Will be getting a takeaway and wine tonight as kids are staying out. We will probably watch a film aswell.

Not much today though. It's not very nice weather here. I have no housework left 😂 never thought I'd see the day.

I’ve just taken muffins out of the oven. Baked with DD and DS and for ONCE we didn’t all end up shouting at each other. DS normally touches everything he isn’t supposed to as soon as he’s washed his hands and they normally get in each other’s way, push and shove and fight over jobs, so this was a very refreshing change.
We’re all in the garden now, all quiet, it’s lovely. It can’t last

@maddiemookins16mum what are you marinading the pork belly in? I have some in my freezer that I'm not entirely sure what to do with.

I'm sitting out in the garden. My OH is clearing out a cupboard (I'm staying out of the way before he drags me in to getting involved). Our DD is upstairs watching anime in our bedroom. I'm going to take her out for a walk soon hopefully.

Taking the dc to their Dad's house in an hour. I'm so worried as he is still working as a parcel sorter and has 2 flatmates that are in and out all the time. None of us are in the vulnerable group though and kids are allowed between homes so can't exactly say no

I am looking forward to binge watching Walking Dead with a bottle of rioja and my crochet though.

@lucysmam. I will make a paste (quite a wet one) with Chinese 5 spice, grated garlic, chilli sauce and soya sauce and smear it all over.

About to have brunch then all of us off into the garden to weed cut grass paint fences etc etc.

Sunny but windy. Hoping nobody decides the beaches are a good idea this weekend

Police are doing checkpoints through our coastal road so hopefully that will keep people out

Have played a card game with DS2, been to the village shop for bread and milk, done a couple of loads of washing and some handwashing which is all outside on the line, shaved DH's head and cleaned the kitchen sink. Just having lunch then am going to change the beds and clean the bathroom sinks.

DS1 is still in his pjs and has been on Minecraft all day so far.
DS2 is dressed and has been playing with his cars. They will both be sent out to play in the garden shortly.
DH has been dozing on the sofa but has had a shave and a shower.
I can usually be found on the sofa at the weekend but wfh is getting to me so I want to feel I've been productive this weekend! I will do some of my jigsaw this afternoon though. Roast chicken for dinner tonight so will need to get that ready too! There will be wine later though

Lots of cooking. Most of the days revolve around eating or planning to eat.

I read in the bath for an hour while dh did a shop (including bringing coffee back-lots of brownie points there). Lunch soon then probably a walk or bit of gardening. Dinner will be a Chinese fake away and a film.

Not exactly rock and roll but quite a nice chilled out day.

Cold here in Scotland so no sitting out. Been out in the car (yes, was essential, work related) and have visited elderly mother. Now sitting around wondering how to use up the rest of the day

It's my birthday so I've had a lovely breakfast, a walk around our large garden, opened my cards and this afternoon am expecting Asda to deliver (with no birthday cake in stock ) and dinner with much fizz and then watch tv with DH this evening. May video chat with my friends too. I'm planning a huge bbq for when the lockdown is over so I'll be like the Queen and have 2 birthdays.

I have just shaved DH's hair - he's not very happy

Happy Birthday @JigsawsAreInPieces! I think we will do similar for dd. There are a lot of family birthdays in March through to June so we will do a huge communal birthday bash when we can.

Had some adult time with DH.

Shower, dying my hair and sorting the airing cupboard, which I really wish I hadn't started.

DS is yelling at his xbox.
DD I've not seen yet.

I'm currently in the bath, husband downstairs entertaining the two preschoolers. We plan to empty the shed this afternoon so like is certainly exciting

I might pull the old xbox out of the cupboard after the boys have gone to bed

Oh yes and we shaved the preschoolers hair today with the clippers
