I'm not sure what the F I was thinking. I'm too old for stupid hair mistakes.
Isolation bit me on the butt.

I'd like to avoid colourB4 - if possible. Only because it's full of chemicals and dries your hair out.

Apart from head and shoulders (I'm on it!) what other methods can get rid of crazy coloured hair?

She mixed herself up a bleach bath. Made it too weak, washed it off too quickly and applied to her root as well as her ends. I've helped her, now but even with professional colour remover, there's still a few bits of faded blue left over. Like I said earlier, blue is a ballache to remove.

@Frequency I need more help.
I used Colourless. I watched loads of YouTube and it seemed to work.
But now I have green on the top, pink in the middle and the purple at the bottom is now BLUE.

Which clarifying shampoo shall I get (there's so many?!).

And can a salon fix this (once it's open?) and how would they fix this?

A salon would probably use a mixture of bleach or bleach based colour remover and a toner close to the colour you were originally. Yes, it can be fixed. Any clarifying shampoo will work. I personally use Osmo but that's only because I like the smell of it.

I still maintain it looks fine.

I'm a diehard Osmo hair conditioner fan.

I will use the clarifying shampoo as well.

Thanks for your help!

Argh! I feel your pain @DontBiteTheBoobThatFeedsYou, I made a kinda similar mistake in early February. I brazened it out for about three weeks then this is what I did.

  1. Wash daily using Head & Shoulders shampoo, it’s famous for stripping colour.
  1. I chucked a pack of Shwatxcopf live couloir in metallic grey. It looked much better.
  1. Washed with a Osmo supersilver blue shampoo. Left the shampoo on for about 15 minutes, used loads of conditioner and really happy with my ‘natural’ grey.

I will try to take a photo of how I look now and how I looked.
