Tested because his rich and even when in prison I imagine that counts for a lot or maybe they are testing more than we are?

It’s not karmic justice FFS! Is everyone else who has it including those who have died from it being punished for doing something as vile as he has? No. Of course they’re not. He’s just one of hundreds of thousands who have caught a very easily spread virus. There is nothing “karmic” about it.
