It's not karma though. It's a virus, it's a statistic.

That's like saying anyone else whose had it or died from it was due to karma and deserved it.

Sorry - my single worded “karma” was an ill thought out gut reaction to learning of a serial rapist and sexual predator being diagnosed with a serious disease. By no means does it pass any kind of comment on the many who have caught CV. A close family friend is currently in hospital, ventilated, so emotions are all over the place.

My brother works in a prison and he says that any time there is a flu it just rips right through the whole population. Understandably he's a bit nervous right now. Whatever Harvey Weinstein did, I don't think it's good to wish ill on someone (other than the justice they deserve for crimes committed).

I don’t think anyone has said they couldn’t or shouldn’t? Wish as much pain as you like on him. This is just not karma of any kind. It’s entirely unrelated to his crimes. And IMO if it were any kind of karma it falls very short of what he deserves.
