I am going to take the dogs for a walk near a bird sanctuary (dogs allowed if on leads).

I am going to try and persuade the Dcs to come with me, but they saw me getting into my dog walking kit and quickly said they were exhausted and went back to bed.

Might make meatloaf for dinner after watching this on Diners Drives Ins and Dives just now.

Then we have homework and getting a start on the week ahead for work in front of us.

Was meant to be going to a restaurant for lunch with parents. I've asked them to come to mine instead for sandwiches! DH has suddenly got "the fear" about the virus, because I'm pregnant.

Later I'll carry on with some decluttering, then do a lesson of an online course I'm doing, then maybe have a walk for some fresh air.

Should really be going to bed, as i work last night and got another night shift tonight.

Have just cleared up and wiped down in the kitchen after last night's huge supper. Folded some laundry and put another wash in. Now going in the shower and will put a purple hotshot in my hair to take down any brassiness in my hair. This afternoon popping to TK Maxx to get new fluffy towels then later DD is cooking dinner with her boyfriend. Nice restful day here x

Gardening this morning, just been out to vote (French local elections) and am now sitting on my terrace in the sun with a glass of wine. Everything has been shut down here but a bit of sunshine helps the moral.

Have hoovered everywhere ( dear God the dust in the new Shark was shameful). Met dds new boyfriend, delivered a garden table to mum, stripped the beds, made soup, lemon cake and now have pulled pork in the slow cooker. Ironing done.Productive day on the whole.

Didn't go to church (don't think it is a risk to me or DC, but we don't know we aren't incubating anything and church is full of elderly people), went to a shop that had toilet rolls, pasta, bread, milk, biscuits etc and didn't panic buy anything just bought the bread and biscuits we had gone for, made DC do their homework, found DC2's school reading book that has been lost for the last week. Now to cook the dinner, wash DC's hair (one of my least favourite things), put them to bed, iron school uniforms. DH has been out protesting against HS2 causing the destruction of forests.

We had a lazy morning, then took the children to the park to play with their friends.

When we came back, I read the last 50 pages of a their chapter book to them, while DH cooked a quick roast. After clearing that away, we did a few quick jobs, and now DH, DS1 and I are cuddled up watching the end of Harry Potter (DS2 is snoring on the sofa and I am desperately hoping we can transfer him to bed without waking him).
