My heart broke for the girl in the Ulster rape case. I was disgusted by Rory Best going in to the trial. I was on the threads on Mumsnet at the time.
I admire Ronan Farrow for all he has done.

@LadyEloise sorry I just came on to say I hope my points didn’t sound too harsh to you, it all just gives me such rage! I’ve been listening to ronan read his own book on audio and it is truly harrowing and jaw dropping. Also sad that if he did not have the profile that he does himself, and be clearly a very clever guy with experience of this world, I think the story would have been squashed again. And also so sad I think that a woman would have been ripped apart had she attempted to write this book.
