OK so the sashh cafe is open, today's breakfast is crumpets, the usual tea and coffee and I might stretch to bacon butties later.

Not going to lie, I name searched you as good breakfasts are often promised but are disappointing!! But then you read epic fiction so I’ll trust until I die, whilst happily discussing books of food poisoning 😂

Just gave up on sleep - can I wander in for a good strong coffee ? Won’t take up a big table if paying eaters come in (not a big breakfast person here). Insomnia is causing me sleepless nights !

I've given up on the concept of sleep, it's too noisy and windy.
I'm hungry but can't be bothered to get up, do you deliver ?

Tell me about cardoman in tea?!

Cardiman is great in tea and coffee. I very slightly crush 2 or 3 green pods and let sit. I tend to fish them out if they don’t sink.
Wonder how this cafe does it. Scans shelf for chai syrup/spices.

Green cardamon pod, split with your thumb nail and pop into the tea.

And how else can I deliver drinks other than poured in the key board, they are virtual drinks.

DS2 woke up screaming (18 months old) DH wasn't quick enough getting to him so he woke the baby. So now feeding DD and browsing MN! DH apologising that I'm losing sleep but o keep telling him I enjoy these early hours cuddles and MN time

I'm up too! Long but pleasant day ahead. Need to sort out some stuff before going back to uni and work on Monday. Coffee already made (latte). Trying to convince myself not to go back to bed

@chrestomamci similar here! DD2 woke up loudly for a feed at 2.30, woke up Dd1....happens all the time atm, each take turns! There's only 15months between them, 1&2 now so hitting a difficult settling/not enough hands stage (currently going it alone....)-
Coffee helped! TY OP- started googling chai mixes, got on an interesting 'turmeric health benefits' read-

I'm up. Got emergency call to hospital for dad who has pneumonia. Luckily they're moving him to a specialist ward as we speak so I should be able to get home and have a few hours nap in a bit.
