@WingDefence I literally chop up whatever veg we have to hand (tends to be carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes type affair) toss them in oil and sea salt flakes, roast at a high temp for 30mins. The sauce is roughly a tblspn tahini with 1/2tblspn lemon juice( depending how lemony you like it) stir then slowly add water until the the consistency you like (I like it thick, DH likes it more like a drizzle y sauce) stir in chilli flakes and stir through cooked veg

So lush

I really want fish and chips... earlier I wanted tacos... Fiancé wants me to stick to the diet plan and have fish and vegetables Hmm to be fair, he’ll do it too, but he’s been out with a friend all day so he’s probably stuffed on bar snacks Grin
