Tuna pasta bake

Tonight is chicken kebabs, pita bread, green & grilled pepper salads. All from scratch made by DH.

Fish pie.

Nasi goreng welsh style with Mayflower Curry sauce. Yum!

Chilli con carne here, I'm really looking forward to it!

Shredded, seasoned chicken thighs topped with shredded white cabbage, avocado creme, sour cream and cheese.

I'm so HUNGRY I can't wait.

Friday night is always bung a ton of veggies in a roasting tin and slather in lemon, tahini and chilli sauce

Kids are having sausage and mash.
DH has a paella from Tesco.
I am going out with a friend to eat. I fancy something prawny.

Toad in the hole with baked beans. The dc favourite.

Homemade veggie/lentil lasagne.

Made loads of the ragu yesterday and had tag bol, I've added in some roasted aubergines today to leftover sauce.

Not bothering with bechamel, have ricotta and an egg and parmesan and apparently that will do!

Freezer Friday! I do shopping and cleaning on a Friday, no way am I cooking. Everyone has whatever they want tonight
DS will have fish fingers, smiley faces & peas or beans
DD will have a pouch or fish finger & peas.
DP will have a frozen pizza. Not sure what I'm having yet, either pizza, toast or cheese & crackers.

It's dh's payday. Payday means takeaway for a treat once ds is in bed. Not sure what ds will have

Pasta bake. Can't be arsed today.

Picked up a few bits for next week's meals - bolognese, chicken pie and tandoori salmon with coconut rice.

Well it's definitely not healthy but we're having homemade sausage mcmuffins as a treat

Beef rendang, with spinach & roasted tomato sambal, both from my new Fire Islands book of Indonesian recipes.

Lamb keema rice with peas - it's a pretty good recipe from the bbc site. We add extra chilli.

Baked potatoes and cauliflower cheese.

Uber Eats. To be specific proper fish and chips.😌
