Early this afternoon

I live in South east and am dreading half an hour drive to work this pm and tomorrow pm . It’s in another town that involves driving along miles of tree lined roads and driving at 8 pm both days😳

Gray and slightly windy in Brighton, no rain so far. PILs are coming down from London on the train so hoping they don't get stuck half way.

Look on the Met Office website for your area. It's likely to be a lot more accurate than a load of random people on here, all of whom will have different perceptions of how bad it will be. Including me, I have to say. I love a good storm, but will be checking our woodland later.

Between him and Ciara, they've been in the Midlands for a week now with no let up.
