In London I find it’s quite calm… How’s the storm hit yet? I’m supposed to go out on a course today, and I’m wondering if it will get very bad this morning…

SANDBAGS - bloody autocorrect! I think I prefer handbags though

IloveJudgeJudy · 15/02/2020 16:06

DS1 is in Northwest Wales and just sent me a video of his weather - very windy and chucking it down with rain.

sendhelpppppp · 15/02/2020 16:11

@JemimaPyjamas are you in the calder valley by any chance?

I am and its blowing a gale and pissing it down. Luckily am at the top of a hill so not at risk of flooding. Its been awful for those that got flooded last weekend and now potentially a second time Sad

Feelingfestivenow · 15/02/2020 16:18

Up North, windy, tiles lifting a lot now and the rain is like stair rods, trees looking scary!

yikesanotherbooboo · 15/02/2020 16:18

Blustery ! East Sussex!

Freeshavocado · 15/02/2020 16:42

Leeds is now getting a bit blustery but still no rain

JemimaPyjamas · 15/02/2020 17:05

@sendhelpppppp Yes!! You?

HavenDilemma · 15/02/2020 17:12

Harrogate (North Yorkshire) is not much more than blustery. Rainy though of course but not living up to the amber alert we're currently on!

assilem92 · 15/02/2020 17:17

Merseyside - very calm

FecktheBoss · 15/02/2020 17:21

North merseyside - wondering what all the fuss is for, just been a normal rainy day here.

ErrolTheDragon · 15/02/2020 17:24

Lancashire - wet and windy now, not as bad as last weekend yet but pretty foul.

Handbag101 · 15/02/2020 17:24

Windy here. Seems to be picking up. Bedfordshire......

Feelingfestivenow · 15/02/2020 17:29

Now being smoked out by the multi-fuel with the wind being so strong and the backdraft is terrible, at least its not cold as windows open......

Jellykat · 15/02/2020 17:34

Terrible here West Wales, rain currently dripping inside sitting room window which i thought we fixed last Summer ffs!

MurrayTheMonk · 15/02/2020 17:39

Herts-windy with occasionally very strong gusts. Fearing for my chimney (I always fear for my chimney however 🙄). It's windier then it was during Ciara I would say.
Steady Fine rain all afternoon but not really chucking it down.

Feelingfestivenow · 15/02/2020 18:03

oh well that a half a dozen tiles off so far, its very noisy

bibbetybobbityhat · 15/02/2020 18:23

Kicking off here in north London... the wind is so noisy! Neighbours have just put the fence up after storm Ciara... got a horrible feeling they will be regretting that...

Pinkflipflop85 · 15/02/2020 18:47

Really bloody windy here now and the dartford crossing is closed.

lovelyupnorth · 15/02/2020 18:49

Ghana - been a bit overcast but still lovely

Not looking froward to CDG-MAN flight in the morning. At least your Acc-CDG looks to be taking off later.

AdoptedBumpkin · 15/02/2020 18:51

Wet with high winds in Derbyshire.

HoldMyLobster · 15/02/2020 18:58

Here in Maine it's warmed up from -24 to -7 so I'm about to walk the dog on the lake.

Sorry, meant to ask if that's Fahrenheit or Celsius?

HoldMyLobster · 15/02/2020 20:39

Celsius. If it was Fahrenheit I think I would actually leave :-)

mycarpetsun · 16/02/2020 17:41

It's 1 here in Maine today. I've seen six people in shorts today. GrinGrinGrinGrin
