Is there another little Johnson on the way?

His majority might be secure on Brexit, but maybe not so much on other more contentious issues. This is going to be an interesting Parliament (esp if Labour ever manage to sort themselves out )

He must have, or there wouldn't be any doubt about how many children he has. That's why he refuses to answer that question - because to do so honestly would also give the game away that there's one (at least) he hasn't owned up to.

What an embarrassment for our country that he's in charge. Truly cringeworthy that he is deemed fit for office. And that's on the basis of a wide range of immoral and disgusting behaviour, but this certainly doesn't help.

I thought they were divorced. And she did the same thing to someone else 20 years before. The thing is that people shocked and appalled at his philandering didnt vote for him. The people that did vote for him knew all this beforehand and they didnt think it was relevant. I feel a bit sorry for him in a way. Surely none of these women see him as a 'keeper'? Just as a funny, clever, rich sperm donor- Mr right now, so to speak. He leaves and marries the mistress presumably thinking hes met the 'one' and its going to ge different this time. I'd hope they are marrying him knowing hes a known shagger knowing theyll get a payout once the inevitable happens! Surely no one is deluded enough to think they will change him?!

Ok maybe just rich then I think he can be quite funny and clever but also unbelievably idle. So useless as a Prime Minister but quite fun if you like that sort of thing!

I think Carrie will have him for the long haul now. He's not getting any younger and being PM will take its toll , she might squeeze one more sprog out of him and then all he'll have is his money and she will be still good looking and full of life while he will be snoozing in the Lords .

Whatever one thinks about Boris I think she’s a good thing. Her stand against John Warboys and waiving her anonymity was really brave. This alone rates her very highly in my estimation.

Her environmental campaigning dilutes some of my worries about about Boris. She will stand up for what she thinks right and go public.

Who knows what goes on in someone else’s relationships. I doubt she’s a pushover.

@fauconberg I agree. Some couples also don't see monogamy as a particularly important thing in their marriage. The marriage is about love, family and companionship and sex elsewhere is just viewed as a physical thing. I know a couple of couples.like this and it seems to.work for them.

What I do find interesting about these threads though, is that if posters spoke about a woman's looks the way they do about BoJo's, they would be hung out to dry for.internalised misogyny.

Let's face it, there is hours and hours of non superficial issues to criticise Boris for, so why waste the time criticising his looks - one thing that the odious bastard actually can't help? Can't we focus criticism on all the ways in which he is massively lacking.as a.man and a politician instead? Would could keep ourselves amused for hours with that.

She's not in government so no idea why that would dilute worries about Johnson, he has no loyalty, no morals, no sense of commitment.

Poor Marina - when it rains it pours. News reporting her mother died. She’s had health issues to deal with, divorce and now this humiliation 11 days after their divorce was finalized. Torrid.

Boris will do what's Good For Boris and/or what Cummings tells him (on the assumption that it's been Good For Boris so far) and everyone else can get to fuck.

Supposedly she was a key ally of Javid but it didn't prevent him getting kicked in the teeth and stabbed in the back.

It is weird isn't it, Ed Milliband wasn't even allowed to not be married to his long term partner, he only had kids with her, she only had kids with him.

I think it's just that boris is UNCONTROLLABLE. NObody can tell him to be respectable.

If I were Marina, I'd be feeling wow, just as I get my freedom, carrie is stuck with him. good luck with that.

I suspect Marina is probably quite relieved about Boris's love life developments. She has known him most of their lives and will know him inside out and backwards. He was a knob during their marriage - even if they had an "arrangement" he wasn't discreet and he got other women pregnant. She has come through her divorce without saying a word about him. His latest actions have said everything and proved the point for her.

I doubt she is humiliated, just more amused that he has made it so clear what a total sexual incontinent he is.

I'd say she's glad that everybody sees him for the knob he is. She hasn't had to say anything! Never was it less necessary to defend one's self in a divorce
