What's the issue? They're both adults & whatever you think of him he's never "denied" any of his children's existences just steadfastly refuses to discuss any of them with the media. He certainly hasn't trotted them out to pose for the cameras when it suits him or the party "message", unlike many other politicians. The family all seem to stick together and it's not like he's cut his children off, materially or emotionally. Given the number of complaints about deadbeat dads on MN you'd think that the real issue was his politics not his parenting.

The random, very tall, unlabelled bloke mixed in with them makes me laugh.

Dd1 is a couple of years younger than Carrie and I'd be incredibly disappointed if she ended up with someone like him. I'd feel like we'd failed to instil in her any form of self-respect.

I honestly think this whole story is an embarrassment. How have we got in this position with a PM who is a serial adulterer/philanderer being shacked up with his 20 plus years younger girlfriend when not even divorced from his second wife? And now we are meant to treat their pregnancy and forthcoming nuptials as some sort of joyful national event
Lazy BoJo needs to do some work actually befitting his role - ie sort out Priti Patel and the civil service, offer some support and assurances to those affected by flooding, answer legitimate concerns about the Russia report and Jennifer Ancuri... rather than palming us off with a Hello style spread in the DM because he got someone else pregnant

Why should he though? With his majority! I dare say Dominic Cummings mantra is "why should you?"
