What was your most recent addition to your 'rotation' of meals that you cook?

Following on from another thread about how many different meals you tend to cook (e.g. if there's about 50 dishes in your 'rotation' that you'll make for tea) - I realised how rarely I add anything to mine. I try new things every so often but rarely do they make the cut of being not too faffy and more than the sum of their parts!

If you've come across a winning recipe recently that you're going to add to your regulars, what was it?
Here are my most recent:

Smoked haddock salad (I do a soft-boiled egg instead of poached) www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/salad-smoked-haddock-chorizo-and-poached-egg

Cod with lentils and chorizo (honestly I don't eat fish + chorizo with every meal):

Here is my contribution for anyone still looking for recipes!

This is a Jamie Oliver leftover turkey Massaman curry from his Cracking Christmas show a few years ago

Unfortunately I couldn't find it written anywhere so I had to rewatch the show multiple times (salivating each time) and write it down bit by bit... hope it makes sense! Smile

I made it on Boxing Day with our leftover xmas turkey and have made it 4 more times since then with leftover roast chicken... think I might be a bit obsessed! Confused

I leave out the peanuts because my daughter has a suspected allergy / intolerance and it's still lovely and creamy without them!

Chicken schnitzel.

We tried nigella and it was awful, this was bog standard bbc one.
Really tasty, spaghetti, lemon juice, creme fresh, onion and parsley on the side. Delicious.

The filo tart looks wondeful!

Just placemarking for inspiration, lots of really tasty sounding recipes here. We are sort of stuck in a rut although dh does most of the cooking.
We still seem to eat pretty similar things though, one smallish ds who isn’t keen on too much spice, the teens do like spice but one doesn’t like meat very much (selectively), some couldn’t imagine a meat free meal, some of us like fish, others like seafood but not really fish... it’s easy to slip into a routine of just cooking things everyone will like and rotating these.

Red lentil curry. Onion, pepper, aubergine, spinach, tomato, coconut milk. Finished with hard fried onions and curry leaves.
