Help me help my 11 yr old son lose weight

Hi

I have two boys and a girl. Eldest son is very tall and thin. Youngest daughter also. Middle son is tall - but he carried weight on his tummy and chest.

He has:
breakfast - 3 weetabix and full fat milk

Lunch - white wrap and jam
small plain yogurt with spoon jam
one fruit (apple or grapes)
some pretzels, (about 10)
water

Dinner - home cooked dinner with salad starter
glass milk (full fat)
fruit for pudding

He has maybe one white wrap for a snack
Sometimes has a crunchy bar as a snack at school
whole pizza once a week

(eg of dinners)
macaroni cheese once a week
pasta bolognese or similar once a wee
veggie curry rice
roast chicken with all trimms

He cycles to school and back (20 mins total)
Plays football once a week (usually 3 in match season)

Please help (actually even seeing it written down has helped - no more pizza)....

Hepsibar - I have started enquiring about the local swimming club- he is a good swimmer and if he went a couple of nights he'd love it. Thanks for suggestions!

My DS was tubby at 11 and I did secretly worry and tried to change his diet. But then he had a massive growth spurt and I ended up going to GP with him for being underweight ( 6ft and 8 stone). He is still skinny looking so I give healthy meals but otherwise leave him alone.

My son was a chubby 11year old it was awful he was playing so much sport but still chubby and it was getting him down. I talked to him about it we decided on a plan and he started swim squad it sorted his physique out well and now he’s a 6ft slim boy also don’t worry too much and keep full fat in his diet
