Just bled thru trousers at work - help

God this is so embarrassing, I’m wearing dark grey jeans so thankfully not too obvious I don’t think and we have dark office chairs but I feel far too embarrassed to walk around as I usually would.

I have a female manager - do you think it’s cheeky if I ask to go home?

It’s an hour and a half commute each way so I don’t know if there’s much point in me coming back, plus I usually finish at 5 so worried she’ll think I’m taking the piss

It's happened to me, I nipped to the shops, but a colleague was wearing white trousers once and this happened, she gave me her size and I nipped to the Dorothy Perkins across the road and someone had spare underwear. It happens

If anyone comments on you changing you can always say you spilt something on yourself.

Why though, it is not embarressing to have periods? It would be less normal to NOT have them.
