Cheese tasters - the cheesiest cheese puffs.
Dirty fries
Churros - fucking delicious!!
Ice cream flavoured toffees
Extremely chocolatey caramels
Chocolate mint bars

Side note: I am on a strict diet because I love all of these so much. 😪

CorianderLord · 04/02/2020 17:22

The orange chocolate covered biscuit wheels. The chocolate is so thick and delicious

Bakedpotatoandgin · 04/02/2020 17:25

Pesto. My Italian friends reckon it is the closest to the real thing in UK supermarkets - even my uneducated British taste buds can tell the difference!

Love this thread. My faves:

The smoked salmon pate
Ciabatta
Indian squid snack packs
Raspberry jam filled pink iced buns
Moussaka
Chocolate raisins
Honey and ginger yoghurt
Prawn sandwich filler
Fizzy Caterpillar sweets
Colin caterpillar cake - the best birthday cake and only £7

peanutbuttermarmite · 04/02/2020 17:38

Italian chocolate hazelnut spread - anything from their little speciality section. The toast spreads are good and often overlooked.

I wish Ocado delivered M&S in Scotland...

The salmon 4 fillets is a v good deal at £7.50...

thisisthetime · 04/02/2020 17:40

The marinated anchovies in the 3 for £7 section
Smoked salmon pate
Fresh sourdough
Truffle Gouda cheese
And the tubs of mix or match chocolate

PlomBear · 04/02/2020 17:53

Breaded Camembert
Hummus
Smoked salmon pate
Rarebit spread for toast

Teensruletheroost · 04/02/2020 17:58

Jemimapuddleduk · 04/02/2020 17:59

Hot cross buns, cheese scones from bakery, the little machego cheese/salami rolls, creamed spinach, macaroons, raspberry panna cotta, ready prepped fresh fruit, the Chinese ready meal starters- dim sum etc, the smokehouse tomato ketchup is epic, chicken and mushroom and rice fresh soup.

Jemimapuddleduk · 04/02/2020 17:59

Oh and cheese straws.

Lifeoverhaul · 04/02/2020 18:03

Red Leicester cheese bread from the bakery.
Cheese puff crisps/cheese tasters?
Their version of hoola hoops.
Mint truffle chocolate bars.
Cookie dough bag of chocolates.
Beef dripping chips.

All of it, especially the curries and Chinese ready meals.. which we have every weekend instead of take away.
M&S also do the best hot cross buns anywhere

Emmacb82 · 04/02/2020 18:16

Pistachio and almond cookies are good. Well most of the cookies are to be fair but they are my fave!

Just had my bday cake from there, just the bog standard choc cake but it was yummy!

I bought the cheese bread on my way home from work and I wish you lot hadn’t mentioned it! It’s ridiculously delicious with the fancy french M&S butter.

Davros · 04/02/2020 18:57

I've just made a big shopping list. I'm in there almost every other day and there's lots here I haven't tried ....... yet!

HelpMeDrRanj · 04/02/2020 19:16

This thread is amazing! A few of my faves are:

Veggie samosas
Little pot of prawns with a sweet chili dip (by the sandwiches)
Swiss truffles
Mint crunchy choc bar
Cappuccino choc bar
Chocolate shortbread squares
Extremely chocolatey biscuits

I've now got a huge list of new things I want to try from here too 😁

DobbyTheHouseElk · 04/02/2020 22:15

So many recommendations for the cheese loaf, honestly save yourselves if you haven’t tried it yet . DH now buys it two at a time. I dread to think of the calories.

Blingismything · 04/02/2020 22:32

Granola squares from the Bakery
Vintage Cornish Cruncher cheddar
Homestyle shortbread squares in red box
Iced spiced buns
Yoghurt and Granola mini bites in pink tub

TeddyIsaHe · 04/02/2020 22:40

Ooh yes to the vintage Cornish cruncher! Although you’ll never be able to buy supermarket cheese after.

ringletsandtwiglets · 04/02/2020 23:13

I love the cheese boule loaf from the bakery too. Also the salami Milano crisps (air dried crispy meat!!!) and the lemon curd iced buns with raisins. Their wotsits are properly cheesy!

My slightly healthier options are the diced watermelon, which is always good, and the partially rehydrated jumbo raisins in a variety of colours. Really plump and juicy.

theseriousmoonlight · 05/02/2020 10:48

I have a rare day to myself today and thanks to this thread I've just got myself:
The chilli cheese hot cross buns (already scoffed two...)
Apple and cinnamon cereal
Cauliflower popcorn
The Indian/Chinese meal deal (thai fish cakes, a Korean beef and rice, tarka dahl and lamb rogan josh)

But they didn't have those maple bacon taco rolls mentioned so I may have to go to the bigger food hall this weekend. I have to go anyway as I need more chilli cheese hot cross buns...

theseriousmoonlight · 05/02/2020 10:49

Oh and the cheese scones and cheese bread obviously. The small M&S I went to didn't have those either...

Excited101 · 05/02/2020 11:52

The caramel and chocolate hot cross buns
Chocolate covered marzipan balls (pink bag)
Individual Belgium chocolate flapjack bars
Mmmmm
