What is on my toe?????? Gross pic attached

Any podiatrists around? I have this lump on my 2nd toe. It feels like hard skin and is very painful
It looks yellowish, in the picture, but its actually quite pink. I thought maybe a bunion, but they seem to only be on the side of the foot. I can't look at any more manky foot pictures. Help!!!

You need to see a chiropodist, who will take a scalpel to it, carve off a lot of the hard skin, painfully dig out any corn and sell you little sleeves for your toe, so that the it doesn't develop hard skin as quickly.

It looks a bit like a corn. I don’t really know what a corn is, it just looks like something my grandma used to have and she said it was a corn!

I’d just hack away at this myself. Although I’m fairly gung ho about these kind of things.
Now I think about it, I think I have once had the startings of a corn that I went at and never came back!

The inflammation and pain may be indicative of underlying infection.
It looks like an infected corn and I would definitely consult a podiatrist and not poke around yourself !

I am so disappointed that there’s no fluid in there.
I would be digging at it with sterile tweezers, but I’m a crazy spot degenerate, so you should go and see a professional and film it for us

My son has a big lump of hard skin on the ball of his foot by his big toe. I think it might be a verruca under it. But the fucker won't let me near it. (He is 21, so that might be fair). I wanted to order one of those shaving things & give it a go. Tried offering Footner - nope.
