How many varieties of fruit and veg have you eaten this week

My DD(age 15) is trialling vegan as was already vegetarian and dairy was messing with silent reflux.in past 7days she's had

I've had a crap food week and have still had:

That's just a couple of stir fry meals, a couple of gravy dinners and some junk (sausage, egg and chips) type meals.

Normal week would be much better.

It's not hard to eat lots of veg!

25 veg and 4 fruits. Which is pretty average for me, maybe two or three higher because of Chinese New year. I have a salad for lunch every day, and at least 3 veg each night.

Actually much better than I thought!! Kids eat more fruit than me as I hate mango, bananas, orange, plums and blueberries but I buy them for the kids so they eat an even wider variety than me.... although saying that they don't eat some of those veggies so prob balances out!

Veg: onion, garlic, courgette, aubergine, red and yellow peppers, spinach, potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, tinned tomatoes, green salad leaves, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, sweet potato, broccoli, tenderstem broccoli, green beans, baby sweetcorn.

Fruit: satsumas, pears, black grapes, fresh pineapple.

11 veg and 3 fruit. It's slightly lower than usual as I'm on a strict budget this week so just sticking to basic fruit and my meals have been weighted towards things based on onion/celery/carrots/tinned tomatoes so lots more repetition than usual.

I really look forward to the summer months when strawberries, peaches etc. are in season. I'm definitely a summer fruit person rather than plums/pears/apples.
