After watching an episode of Boss Baby with DD on Netflix, I’ve just googled what is the difference between a xylophone and a glockenspiel.

A xylophone has wooden bars and a glockenspiel has metal bars.

@HeyMac is it not because the Chinese takeaway uses MSG in their recipes that you can’t get it the same at home?

Surprising how many meds used in USA we don't even use here. Not sure why as they're often basic things like antibiotics.
@Graphista each hospital/area/country has its own common bacterias and we use antibiotics to fit the ones we have. America often uses a brand name too, like nurofen whereas we very rarely do. We would prescribe ibuprofen unless its a specific version with something else in it too, then you can name the brand.
We don't do a lot of the tests they do because it's just not necessary. Eg a kid falls out of a tree and breaks his arm. We do an xray, give pain meds and make an appt for clinic. America is funding by insurance, so they will add in some bloods to make sure its not due to calcium or phosphate deficiency and do a CT to be sure the fracture is how it looks on the xray. Now imagine the problem is something more complex, and you see why Americans can have enormous bills.

It looks just like Worcestershire Sauce and I now need to know what it tastes like.
