After watching an episode of Boss Baby with DD on Netflix, I’ve just googled what is the difference between a xylophone and a glockenspiel.

A xylophone has wooden bars and a glockenspiel has metal bars.

I was reading a thread on another website about legalising drugs as a way of combating the gang violence that is happening in Ireland right now and was wondering if there was such a thing as ethical cocaine and would it actually be possible to make cocaine in Ireland if it was legalised.
I have never taken cocaine nor do I plan to take it or make it in the future.

Can you build muscle mass over 60?

I read an article that said you couldn’t, extolling why you needed to exercise young - and I wanted to see if it was true. It isn’t entirely - apparently from recent research you can build muscle over 60, though a certain type can’t be regained.

I’m not over 60 and I don’t lift weights! I was just curious.
