My partner and I were reminiscing today about the 90s etc and our old teen hoods, we got on the conversation about things we miss you can't get anymore...

Bodyshop dewberry spray
Proper decent tasting cordial (without the horrible sweetener taste)
Watermelon barcardi breezers
Maybelline - ever fresh foundation
Milkybar choos

Kab30 · 26/01/2020 14:05

Can you .....omg .....where? Xx

IHaveBrilloHair · 26/01/2020 14:07

My local corner shop which doesn't help you much!

Apileofballyhoo · 26/01/2020 14:25

McVities Boasters. The best biscuits ever. Except I couldn't eat them now anyway due to gluten. And I don't know if they were in the 90s, definitely 2000s. Still the best biscuits ever.

The American style chocolate chip ones were also very good. I don't know if they are still on the go.

Has anyone seen Creamola Foam since the 80's?I loved the raspberry flavoured one.

Herecomespenny · 26/01/2020 14:29

Fuse bars Sad

Cadbury's Secret

SilentSarey · 26/01/2020 14:34

Nutty Bars.

M&S leggings which, while expensive for the time (£18 I think, probably 25 years ago) were worth every penny. Thick, ultra stretchy, NEVER bagged or fell down, had an extra wide waistband and lasted years.

Then they obviously changed supplier/manufacturer and they turned to shit. I’ve never found any to match them.

lubeybooby · 26/01/2020 14:34

TheQueenBeyondTheWall · 26/01/2020 14:51

Super whip

Anthilda · 26/01/2020 14:52

Ooh someone has reminded me about the coconut toffee crisps which were lush!!
I miss the old les belles de Ricci, I wish I could find something similar.
I also miss fuse bars and spiras.
Like others have said, lots of the body shop items, proper 90s nostalgia.
Oh and impulse 02 Sad

FlamingoAndJohn · 26/01/2020 14:53

Texan bars-so many people say this on this type of thread, why the heck haven’t they brought them back yet?

They did about 15 years ago. And they were rubbish. Either they didn’t make them right or they deliberately made them wrong to shut people up.

dayswithaY · 26/01/2020 14:53

You can get Frisps at my local Tesco Extra in the aisle marked Brand Outlet.

Ivysaurus · 26/01/2020 16:11

Jacques cider, and dream bars

IHaveBrilloHair · 26/01/2020 16:15

Corner shops also sell cheese moments, and scampi fries

thunderthighsohwoe · 26/01/2020 16:18

Spira and Fuse bars

babyblackbird · 26/01/2020 16:20

Another vote for Spiras - I used to suck my tea up through them like a straw - so good and Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia and Tunes - the cherry flavour ones

Stravapalava · 26/01/2020 16:20

The alcopops Metz and Bacardi Rigo.

PrincessIsAUnicorn · 26/01/2020 16:27

Beef potato puffs, me and my mum would fight over them

What product do you wish would make a comeback?
Liverpoolgirl52 · 26/01/2020 16:36

I miss Wonka bars, the marshmallowy ones were just the nicest. Also, prawn cocktail wotsits, no other crisps even come close.

heartonastring · 26/01/2020 16:49

@AdaColeman I'm going to second you on the walnut whips. They are useless without the walnut but my mum had a box gifted to her over Christmas, which she gave to me (haha win!) they were lovely but definitely smaller!
