School trip to China

If you were a teacher and you were meant to be accompanying a school trip (exchange) to Shanghai in 6 weeks, would you go?

I am Chinese and I definitely wouldn't suggest you go. In fact the whole trip should be cancelled.

Both of my DCs are at schools with Chinese boarders and we've had various emails with regard to the ongoing situation. Both schools have stopped any short term boarders joining the schools and advised existing students not to travel home to China at Half Term.

In light of this i can't see why any school would continue with a trip to China at this time. Hopefully yours has now been cancelled.

I can't imagine too many parents would want their kids to go!

I wouldn't go.
