I'm sitting in a hotel bar in Madrid with a glass of vino blanco. Here for a conference and a friend is joining me to see the sights at the weekend.

It's not sunny or warm and I think the conference will be quite boring but I've always wanted to visit so I'm excited. I love art galleries and Madrid's is brilliant for them plus of course a beautiful city and lovely Spanish food.

I’m at home alone with my dog whilst DH is away on holiday! Would much rather be in Madrid with some wine

I’m near Lisbon with my family, we have spent a long day sorting admin out here and have had a lovely evening together having pizza and then a movie in the airbnb we are staying in. Nothing exciting but so nice being together and having nothing to distract us.

I would also love to visit Madrid!

In the futility room hanging out washing on the pulley maid. It's been a busy week at work and I suddenly realised tonight when I went to lay out uniform for the morning that all of the DCs uniform was in the washing basket!

Going to reward myself with a cup of tea and square of sea salt milk chocolate in the bath in a minute.

How lovely OP. I'm at home with TH watching the local news and thinking about getting ready for bed. Been working at home today which has been nice but back to getting up at 6.15 tomorrow morning

Hotel in London for work

I'm in bed waiting for my tramadol to kick in to take the edge off these bastard gallstones! Arghhhhhhhh!!

Home. Dreading having to get up at 5am as my child has to be at school at 6.15 for school trip. Which means I'll wake up hourly from 2am as I'm convinced the alarm won't work...

In bed snuggled with my very anxious 10 year old who is fretting over a number of things so the easiest solution was to cosy up in bed and read a book. He has just fallen asleep and I am disinclined to get up. However I certainly would if there was a bar and a glass of cold wine waiting for me downstairs . Cheers OP, salud!

At home, was in bed but foster baby boy had his first set of jabs today and is feeling it, DP is on call and just as me and FB had nodded off his phone rang waking us up. Baby needed a cuddle, some paracetamol and then decided it was play time so me and him came downstairs so DP can sleep.

At home working on a deadline I should have started four hours ago!

Am at home in south London, with dog cuddled up beside me.

This time tomorrow I will be in Budapest, visiting my best friend. Am excited!
